What is Sam's Club's return and refund policy?
Sam’s Club is happy to take back items if you’re not happy with your purchase. You have 14 days to return prepaid, postpaid and no contract cell phones; 30 days to return commercial heavy equipment and motorsport items; and 90 days for electronics and major appliances. Most other items you can return at any time. Some items are also nonrefundable, so check with your Club location if you have any questions. Returns can be made both in-store and online to your local Sam’s Club. -
